Hello there readers, Gauri this side. I will be pouring my emotions through words in your frame by elements of Kantara.

Kantara (Dir. Rishabh Shetty) — rebirth of Gods, people, culture and a tale of good triumphs over evil.

Kantara — a story enduring the beauty of Buta Kola embedded in the souls of villagers. Forests with their own miracles, suspicious events and signs of Gods residing with them and they are watching when your eyes get faded by vision. When you watch a movie, you bring insights with you in your mind and revisit everything you felt overwhelmed and touched. By watching Kantara you will bring tears of joy, sanity, thrill in your senses and a voice in your head leading to the deep forest where Varaha Rupam (Vishnu’s Avatar) showcases the conversation of God and You. The remarkable connection of the art of Buta Kola running with the presets of the current village situation is the real action in the movie.

The Cinematic experience of this movie will never leave my soul. You can’t escape goosebumps when the story encircles from beginning to end. It’s been said all the time that when you experience something above your generic senses — you flow tears and that's what you will feel in the climax. A hug that soothingly touches you is been captured in the climax and you can not stop yourself from enjoying your body and senses to feel it.

The cinematic experience that is pleasing to the eyes is just a random variable here, that changes according to, how a human can absorb and think after being exposed to a such masterpiece. The chase of real life, signs of spirit everywhere and holding to art are the key elements of Kantara.

If you love action movies, it is entertaining with various highlights and grounded by fight scenes and a touch of village life. I personally loved the fight scene in the rain and when the protagonist holds a log fire and everything seems balanced with the elements.

I love how it depicts a story where a King has everything but wanted peace, the real meaning of life. This could be followed by two thoughts — he wanted to feel something much greater than his life and then he found the Forestspirit, which made him realise that there’s a creator and holder that makes him feel — the power of divine & truth or the real peace lies in the forests, the real peace lives with the nature and meaning to give something without asking in the return.

A story that is different yet so similar to every part of India. I believe in India, the villages are the resource of secrets that we often don’t believe but when we experience and see the truths and beliefs they bow down to every day — we seek a different world. The world where good winning over evil, courage to imbibe culture, morals and Gods is oxygen.

In this season when Diwali is near, the movie will leave you stills of all historic epic tales of India. The tales of Gods, Evils and Truth. The tales of culture, power and true spirit art of India. The tales diversify India but uniformly hold everything together.

Hope you enjoy it. More power & love from this side.
